Day 7 of 30 Days To Positivity Challenge
Today I have been really busy with a lot of things. It looks like the comfort zone is trying to pull me back from completing this challenge and replacing the old programming installed in my subconscious mind.
I have managed to find the motivation within myself to carry on with this journey towards improving myself in the essential areas in my life.

I have managed to make the time to complete my daily routine of 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and 100 squats. I feel much better after doing these exercises. I struggled with the push ups and sit up, but easily managed to do the squats. I need to work on my upper body strength, my legs are still toned from the kung fu days.
I have maintained my balanced diet and cut out all junk food. I am eating mainly grilled chicken, fish, vegetables and salad.
My weight has dropped to 84.5 kg (day 7), I used to weigh 86.6 kg (day1). I am optimistic that I will reach my goal of getting to under 80 kg by day 30.
I am eating smaller portions than previously and also restricting carbs and junk food from my diet. I have been managing quiet well without tea, coffee, mocha and fizzy drinks. I am drinking green tea, herbal tea and a lot of water.
My son has made me a tea consisting of lemon juice, ginger, black seed and sweetened with manuka honey. This tasted really good and I did not feel guilty drinking it, as I knew it was going to be beneficial to my health.
I have cut out sugar from my diet completely, the carving for sugar has gone. I will test myself my walking past the dessert section in the supermarket soon!

I have grilled chicken with a light seasoning and kept it moist. The flavour is really good and provides the protein in my diet.
The diet plan and the exercise routine is going according to plan and I am determined to stick with it until I see the results.
I have also ordered some multivitamin supplements from Amazon to boost the deficiency that may be caused by this calorie deficit diet that I have been following.
I have not completely cut out red meat from my diet, as I will still be having it in curries. Sometimes I will be eating rice and curry, but the portion size will be reduced.
Mindset
I have cut down the meditation sessions to 30 minutes and will incorporate some visualization sessions throughout the day. This will be approximately 10 minutes long.
The meditation session helps me to let go of the past and focus on the present. It also enables me to work out the most dominant thoughts that are occupying my mind.
The visualization sessions will help me to focus on the future that I would like to manifest. It has been only 7 days, but I can already feel my mindset shift towards the positive.
I am look forward towards the future, whilst enjoying the present. It is hard to eliminate negative thoughts completely, every time I experience a negative thought, I try and replace it with a positive one.
One thing that I have learned is to try and avoid paying much attention to the opinion of others, especially those that are not living a successful life.
If I want to take advice on health, I would take it from someone who is already in great health. If I want to take advice on finances, I would take it from some who is already wealthy.
It is always a good idea to check out the source of the advice that is offered to you. I don’t consider myself as an expert in any of the areas that I am blogging about, I am on a journey to better myself in these areas and pass on my learning and experience to the readers of my blog.
I have a lot of old programming stored within my subconscious mind that needs to be replaced with ones that help my create the future that I desire. I will need to empty my cup to make room for the new stuff. I cannot hold onto programs and beliefs which do not empower me.
Wealth
I am looking towards creating an online income stream using the internet after the 30 day challenge is over. I am currently looking at various options like affiliate marketing, drop shipping, adsense, kindle publishing, YouTube channel, print on demand and forex trading.
I have not decided on which income stream to create yet. I will be researching all of these to work out the option that is most suitable for me.
I was looking at getting this blog monetized using affiliate marketing and adsense, but this will require a long time. I need to work out how to build up traffic to my blog and monetize this traffic in an ethical way.
My goal is to create a passive income stream that earns me over $5,000 monthly to enable me to quit my current job. I want to get out of the trading time for money lifestyle.
My current job is not going to enable me to create the future that I am visualising. I will need to explore other ideas to enable me to reach a position where I am not trading my time for money.
I am also going to watch this video daily for 30 days to transform my mindset. You can also do it too to reprogram your subconscious mind for success. It’s “The Strangest Secret” by Earl Nightingale (35 mins).
Bookmark this post and listen to it from here daily for 30 days, it will reprogram your subconscious mind and also help me to get some views to this blog.
There are many ways and tools available to enable you to develop the wealth mindset. The most important thing is to research the tools and information, and be consistent in applying it.
You cannot become wealthy by having a lazy mindset, you need to take action when it is necessary and stay consistent until you get the results.
I will start listening to “The Strangest Secret” by Earl Nightingale after posting this. I will do it for 30 days to reprogram my subconscious mind. I will come back to this day 7 post many times.
You can let me know how it’s working out for you my leaving a comment below this post. I will view the comments, as I will come back to this post many times.
