Day 6 of 30 Days To Positivity Challenge
I am still a little sore from the exercise routine that I completed yesterday. I can feel my muscles being worked, but the results will take some time to show.







I managed to complete 100 push ups, 100 sit up and 100 squats. I am still struggling with the push ups as I have not exercised by biceps, triceps and pecs for many years. The sit ups seem to be working as I can feel the effect on my abdominal muscles.
The squats seem to have toned up my legs muscles and I can see a difference by just looking at my calf muscles.
Today I weigh 85.3 kg and slight increase from day 5 (85.2 kg). I have set a goal of dropping below 80 kg by the end of day 30.
I am working on reducing my meal portions and substituting food items to enable be to have a calorie deficit. I need to take in less calories than I am burning off to start using body fat as fuel. I am not cutting out carbs completely, as I don’t want to follow a keto diet. I don’t want to lose fat and muscle to reduce body weight, I want to keep the muscle and burn off the fat.
The calorie deficit diet seems to be more suitable for my needs. I will reduce the calories and exercise to burn off more calories than I am consuming.
Mindset
I am still continuing with the meditation sessions to clear old thought patterns that a not helping me towards the lifestyle that I want to create. I am also focusing on new thoughts that will help me reach my goals and create the lifestyle I desire.
I have had to meditate in the bedroom, as my wife wanted to catch up on some South Asian TV serials that she enjoys watching.
I filled the essential oil burned with some water and placed a few drops of frankincense essential oil, lit up the tea light under it and started on my 1 hour long meditation session.
I have found that I have to change the position of my legs after a while as they start to get numb. It find it really had to sit one the floor in one position for a long time. I wonder how monks do it for a large number of hours.
It will take some time to get used to, as it is really had to focus on your thoughts for a long period of time. I try to clear my mind as I am meditating, but thoughts of the past keep on coming into my mind. I acknowledge them and let them pass.
It is really hard to be present in the now during meditation as the mind tends to wonder. I am still relatively new to meditation and will get better it time and practice.
I am 100% focused on completing this 30 day challenge. I know it will make me a better person and it will also boost my confidence in my abilities.

Everyday there are obstacle that need to be overcome to enable me to continue on this journey. I have manage to stay on track so far and looking forward towards completing this challenge.
My life had become really boring and routine, this challenge has spiced it up. I have something to work towards and get really good after completing each day of the challenge.
The enjoyment is in the journey, not the destination. Setting challenges livens up your life, it brings purpose to your life.
If you are currently stuck in a place or situation that you don’t like, challenge yourself to make a difference. If you really want to make it better, you have the power within yourself to do.
Your reality is created by the thoughts you think and the actions you take. Another important factor is the self-image you hold of yourself.
If you don’t have a self-image of yourself as slim and fit programmed into your subconscious mind, you can never become slim and fit. You will need to work on your self-image.
If you don’t see yourself as wealthy, you will remain poor. You will need to transform your self-image by installing a wealth blueprint in your subconscious mind.
Use can let your subconscious mind ruin you or use it to take you towards massive success. We all have a choice in which programs and self-images are stored in our subconscious mind.
The most successful people in the world exercise this choice and the vast majority just let life unfold by accepting the default choice.
Wealth
I am focusing on this 30 days of transformation and documenting my results on this blog. I would eventually like to have it monetized using affiliate links and adsense. I know that this will take some time, I am currently working on the mindset that is required to create wealth.
The post on the blog were not showing up on mobiles and other computers. I have now fixed this my installing XML Sitemap Generator for Google and Site Kit by Google these plugins seem to have resolved this issue.
I have also installed social sharing buttons so that the posts can be easily shared via WhatsApp, Facebook and LinkedIn.
I don’t know how many post I will need before this blog can be monetized. I will have over 30 posts live after I have completed my 30 days of positivity challenge.
The data from Google Analytics is still not updated as I have just installed it. I will be able to track the progress this site is making after a couple of days. Hopefully the posts will start to get indexed by google after installing the sitemap plugin.
I know that there may be some spelling and grammatical mistakes in the blog post, I will start fixing these after the 30 day challenge is over. Currently I am really stretched for time and I need to complete the exercise routine, prepare my meals, take care of other necessities and then write up the daily blog post.
