Day 24 of 30 Days To Positivity Challenge
It’s day 24 of the 30 day challenge. I am felling really down due to a few incidents in my life. I have been snacking to try and get these things out of my mind.
Health
I have not been able to do any exercise, I feel like giving up on this challenge. Many things have happened to transform my enthusiasm into pure laziness.
Day 24 of 30
I weighed 86.1 kg, I posted the picture for the record. I don’t know what’s going on with my life currently. It seems as thought everything is falling apart.
I know that I will have to deal with these challenges and get back on track again. Something is testing me to see how badly I want to transform my life.
Mindset
After 23 days to this challenge, my mindset has suddenly been infected by negativity. I am being tested by the comfort-zone, it is trying to pull me back to the old way of thinking.
I have been listening to “The Strangest Secret” by Earl Nightingale (35 mins).
This is a good audio to use in transforming your mindset to create success in your life. There are many personal development programs out there, some of them are good quality and some not that great. If you are persistent and focused on making improvements to your life, you will succeed.
I will deal with whatever comes my way and get back on track again.
