Day 23 of 30 Days To Positivity Challenge
It’s day 23 of the 30 day challenge, I am optimistic that things will change for me better for me in the future.
Health
I have slacked on the exercise routine a little and the diet is also slacking. I can feel the weight around my stomach piling on.
Day 23 of 30
I weighed 83.8 kg, the weight has started to increase due to me slacking with the exercises. I have managed to complete 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and 100 squats.
I have not incorporated any other cardio exercises to my daily routine. The scales do not lie, and I can feel it too.
Mindset
There is a lot going on in my life and I am trying to do my best to stay positive. I am aware of the negative language that I am using whilst thinking to myself.
I have been listening to “The Strangest Secret” by Earl Nightingale (35 mins).
This is a good audio to use in transforming your mindset to create success in your life. There are many personal development programs out there, some of them are good quality and some not that great. If you are persistent and focused on making improvements to your life, you will succeed.
I have lost focus on my goals many times, but the dream is still driving me forward.
Wealth
I am working on creating wealth using the internet by working with the following opportunities, tools and services.

I have not been able to focus on my online marketing business recently. The funnels are still driving a few leads into the system. I will have to start marketing the funnels actively again to drive in the prospects.
I am going to keep the next few updates short as I am doing with a few obstacles in others areas of my life.
