It’s day 16 of the 30 day challenge, I still have a stuffy nose, but I am feeling much better. I am looking forward to the next few days of the challenge.
I still find it a little difficult breathing through the nose, as the mucus has not cleared completely. The stuffy feeling can be felt with every breath.
Day 16 of 30
I weighed 85 kg, I still need to lose over 5 kg within 13 days to reach my goal of getting to below 80 kg by day 30.
I have managed to complete my daily routine of 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and 100 squats. I found it difficult to breathe through my nose whilst exercising. The flu has gone, but the stuffy feeing within the nose is still there.
I will try and place some vapour rub into a bowl of hot water and place a towel over my head and breathe in the vapour infused steam to clear my nose.
I have only take paracetamol a couple of times to deal with the headache, apart from that I have not taken any medication to deal with the flu.
There is actually no medication to deal with cold and flu, they just need to last the course and gradually disappear.
I have been eating healthy, but I cheated a little by having some coffee whilst I had the headache to try and focus on my goals again. I know that caffeine is not good, but I wanted that shot to stimulate my body to get focused again.
I don’t really feel guilty about having the coffee, as I know that I will cut down on tea and coffee even after the 30 day challenge.
My weight has increase to 85 kg, as the muscles are also contributing to the weight. I can feel the muscles are the stomach tightening. I will need to lose the belly fat for them to show through.
Losing this 5 kg is going to take some hard work during the next 13 days. I will have to be more strict with my diet and go all out on the cardio exercises.
I have been watching some rich lifestyle videos to get focused on my dreams again. The episode of flu had played with my mindset, but I was able to overcome the challenge and move forward.
I have been listening to “The Strangest Secret” by Earl Nightingale (35 mins).
This is a good audio to use in transforming your mindset to create success in your life. There are many personal development programs out there, some of them are good quality and some not that great. If you are persistent and focused on making improvements to your life, you will succeed.
My mindset is transforming daily as I feed it with positive images and emotions. I know that I am on the way to creating a better lifestyle.

I know this funnel will not earn me anything with sending traffic to it. I am using Udimi to send traffic to it vis solo ads. I will purchase a number of solo ads from the sellers on Udimi to send visitors to my lead capture page and see who they convert.
Once I have established a number of good solo ad providers, I will place orders of around 500 clicks per month.
I don’t know exactly how many of these clicks will results in leads captured into my funnel. If I can get around 50 leads per month, I would be really happy with that.
As the leads start to upgrade, I will start buying more clicks and generating more leads as a result. My goal is to generate over 10,000 leads within 12 months to find 36 people who want to go all out with this system.
Once I have found these 36 people, I will be in a position to earn over $100,000 with this funnel system.
I am also capturing these leads into my own autoresponder using GetResponse. With 10,000 subscriber on my list, I will be able to generate cash on demand.
Let’s look at an example…..
If I offered a product or service to my list that cost $30 and earned a commission of $10 on every sale, and only 3% of my subscribers purchased it…
I would earn $10 x 300 = $3,000… that’s not bad for sending out a single email.
If the product or service had a monthly subscription of $30 and earned me a commission of $5 monthly on every sale, and only 2% of my subscriber purchased it…
I would earn a monthly passive income of $5 x 200 = $1,000… an extra $1,000 monthly from sending out a single email would be phenomenal.
This is how digital marketer earn the big money. The funnel itself can earn you a good income, the follow up email can earn you money multiple times in the future.
