Day 11 of 30 Days To Positivity Challenge
It’s day 11 of the 30 day challenge, I am felling really tired as I have caught the flu. I have literally been under the weather as I have been outside in the changing weather. It looks like summer is on its way out, I’m looking forward to autumn or fall as they say in the states.
Health
My body feels much stronger, but I have a runny nose to deal with. The sudden drop in temperature has brought on the flu and also many cases of covid-19. I will carry out a covid-19 swab test using the self-testing kit tomorrow.
Day 11 of 30
I weighed 83.9 kg, I have been hovering around 84 kg mark for a while now. It seems like the food that I’m consuming is being used to bulk up my muscles too. I feel much stronger than I did on day 1 of the challenge.
I have manged to complete my daily exercise routine of 100 push ups, 100 sit up and 100 squats. The sit ups and squats are getting easier to do.
I had pieces of chicken from the chicken curry, rice and salad. I have reduced the amount of rice that I am consuming. I have also cut down on the size of the meals and bulked them up with salad.
Mindset
I have come to realise that I must start working smarter to accomplish more tasks daily. I am focused on getting my weight below 80 kg by the end of day 30. The weight loss goal seems to be on track, and my overall health is also improving.
I am still meditating to calm down my mind and watch my thoughts. I feel really at peace with myself after the mediation sessions.
The daily visualization sessions have really boosted my confidence in creating a better future for myself and my family. My belief in a better future has become stronger.
Once you can see, feel and believe in a better future, the opportunities will appear to make it happen. When the opportunities show up, make sure you take action.
I have been listening to “The Strangest Secret” by Earl Nightingale (35 mins).
This is a good audio to use in transforming your mindset to create success in your life. There are many personal development programs out there, some of them are good quality and some not that great. If you are persistent and focused on making improvements to your life, you will succeed.
I am watching my thoughts throughout the day and replacing negative ones with positive ones. If I get angry over something, I take the time to work out what triggered this anger.
In order to replace the subconscious programming, you need to dig down and find the root cause of behaviour, mood or thoughts you are experiencing.
I am also trying to use empowering language throughout the day. I have made it my mission to eliminate my use of negative words as they trigger off negative thoughts and manifest negative circumstances in life.
Wealth
I have been working on my health and mindset, and I have notice positive results. I have started to build up a wealth mindset, and noticed that my outlook for the future has improved.
There has been a delay in writing this blog post as I have been testing out various online opportunities. After much evaluation I have decided to work on promoting the following:
