Day 10 of 30 Days To Positivity Challenge
It’s day 10 of the 30 day challenge, I am one third of the way towards completing it. The journey has been really interesting so far. I have managed to conquer my cravings and stick to the plan of action.
I weight loss is not that noticeable yet, as it’s only been 10 days. I know there will be a more of a difference after the 30 days have passed.
I weight 83.9 kg, still on track to make it below 80 kg by the end of day 30. I will need to reduce my meal portions a little more. I have not stopped eating carbs, but I have reduced them significantly and bulked up my meals with salad.
I fancied a burger and chips, so I had a grilled double fish burger with oven made chips. I have also been eating the chicken from curries without much sauce. I have cut down on the rice portions and bulked up the meal with salad.
I have been drinking green tea with lemon to replace the habit of drinking normal tea and coffee. I am also drink water when I am thirsty, by keeping a water bottle with me.
I have managed to complete 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and 100 squats. I did not do any other cardio exercise today. The push ups were really hard, the sit ups and squats are getting easier to complete.
I have made a decision to let go of all the negativity and issues from the past. I’m on a path to mend the broken relationships and forgive everyone. I not concerned with, who is to blame. I want to sincerely fix these issues before I leave this temporary abode.
I have been taking the time to meditate and release the blame and hate from my mind. These are only negative emotions that are actually bad for me. I am working on replacing these negative emotions with positive ones.
The clearing process with take some time, but I have made a start. I want my mind, body and soul to be in harmony and experience positive emotions. Life is about being happy and making others happy. There is no virtue in hate and blame.
I have to take responsibility and initiate the changes and fix the relationships. I am not going to wait around for anyone to accept the blame or make the first move.
I am focused on creating a better future for myself and my family. I have started working on releasing my anger and stress. When there is tension in the body, the mind cannot work in harmony with it.
I have been listening to “The Strangest Secret” by Earl Nightingale (35 mins).
This is a good audio to use in transforming your mindset to create success in your life. There are many personal development programs out there, some of them are good quality and some not that great. If you are persistent and focused on making improvements to your life, you will succeed.
My mission is to follow a journey that enables me to improve myself in all areas of life. During the lockdown, I had reached rock bottom. My life was totally messed up, I was in a state of depression.
I managed to transform this depression to anger, and now I am on the way to releasing this anger to get my life back on track again.
I no longer feel depressed, the anger and blame has also started to leave. I feel really optimistic towards the future, as I know that I am in control of my thoughts. I can create any state of mind that I wish to do so.
Many things are now falling into place as my mindset transforms. I don’t concern myself with other peoples affairs, I am too busy sorting out my own life.
If someone wants genuine help, I am always ready to lend a hand. This has been my nature from an early age.
I am not looking to create a life to impress others, I am doing it for myself and my family. I am in competition with no one, but I want to become better than I was the previous day.
Life become so much better when you let go of negative emotions like greed, jealousy, hate, envy, fear, anger, sadness… and focus on positive emotions like love, compassion, gratitude, hope….
I can feel that my life has started to transform. Nothing can stop it, as my intensions are pure and genuine.
I will be looking at a few online opportunities, tools and services to get involve in marketing. I will be evaluating the during the next few days.
These have to be low cost and offer actual benefit to the end user. The must also have a proven track record.
I will let you know which opportunities, products and services as I evaluate them. My initial goal is to earn enough money to fund me for 2 years without having to work. To do this I would need to accumulate $100,000.
The other option would be to build up a monthly passive income of over $5,000. This would enable me to quit my current job and work on my dream of exploring personal development and mind science on a full-time basis.
Everyone has different goals and dreams, some people just want to make enough money to retire and travel the world. Others want to make enough money so that they don’t have to do anything.
My goal is to make enough money to enable me to pursue my passive of exploring personal development and mind science. I want to study what makes people successful in various sectors and share my findings with people around the world.
I want to leave my knowledge and research behind as a gift to others, once I have left this physical plane. It has not been easy to reach the state that I have reached so far. I have managed to work out what my life purpose is. I have now made it my mission to follow this journey and document my findings to benefit others.
If you don’t have a purpose in life, you will carry on drifting around like so many other lost individuals around the world.
Life should not be about just going to work, eating and sleeping. It should be about doing something that you are passionate about. If you passionate about what you do for work, then that may be your purpose.
If you are stuck in a job that you are not passionate about, you need to find a way to quit it and follow your purpose. But first, you will need to find out what your purpose in life is.
