About Grow Your Thoughts

Welcome to Grow Your Thoughts — a blog built on one simple belief:

Your life changes when your thoughts change.

Not overnight. Not by pretending everything is perfect. But by learning how to guide your mind in a better direction, consistently, until your habits, choices, confidence, and results start to shift.

This site is for anyone who has ever felt stuck in their own head — overthinking, doubting themselves, feeling anxious about the future, or knowing they want more from life but not knowing where to start.

What This Blog Is Really About

Grow Your Thoughts is focused on the mind — and how your internal world shapes your external one.

Here you’ll find practical, realistic content around:

  • Mindset Basics (building a strong foundation and healthier self-talk)
  • Anxiety and Stress Relief (calming your mind and reducing pressure)
  • Overthinking and Intrusive Thoughts (breaking loops and regaining control)
  • Confidence and Self-Esteem (shifting identity and self-belief)
  • CBT and Thought Reframing (tools to challenge unhelpful thinking)
  • Sleep Psychology and Insomnia (quieting racing thoughts at night)
  • ADHD and Focus (clarity, routines, and attention support)
  • Mindfulness and Meditation (learning to return to the present)
  • Productivity and Mental Performance (focus, deep work, mental discipline)
  • Mental Health and Therapy (guidance, education, and how to seek support)
  • Addiction Recovery and Mental Resilience (strengthening the mind long-term)
  • Depression and Low Mood Support (building stability and hope, step-by-step)

Everything here is written to be useful, grounded, and easy to apply — even if you’re busy, tired, or starting from zero.

Why I Started Grow Your Thoughts

My name is Mujibur Rahman, and I live in a small village called Chigwell Row in Essex, England.

Like many people, I’ve had periods where my mind felt like it was working against me — where thoughts ran on autopilot, confidence dipped, motivation disappeared, and I could feel my future being shaped by worry, doubt, or stress.

Over time, I realised something that changed everything:

You don’t have to believe every thought you think.
And you can train your mind the same way you train your body — through repetition, awareness, and better inputs.

Grow Your Thoughts is my space to share what I’m learning, what works, and what helps people move forward.
